Leadership
Michal Onder - director
Michal has been in building industry for a decade, having held various positions including senior hydraulic services engineer and project manager at THCS and Vital Design Solutions. He has an extensive experience in industrial, mechanical, hydraulic and fire protection services design. He possesses highly developed skills in research as well as in water sensitive urban design (WSUD) and ecologically sustainable development (ESD) principles. He is also known for his strong focus on detail, coordination and identifying project requirements and incorporating them in to the design, which has been positively reflected in the building industry community. He has been involved in a broad range of projects including, commercial, health, research, defence facilities and residential developments. Having been working on vast range of projects spanned through all sectors of the building industry, Michal has personally worked with many developers, architects, builders, plumbers, building services engineers, government agencies and utility providers. Michal has two master degrees in engineering and he constantly looks at new opportunities to learn not only from internal and external stakeholders and their knowledge and expertise, but also academically (changing trends, demographics, changes in built environment), which is needed to be known well in design of building services.
